BioRN: Annual Conference “Molecular Mechanisms of Ageing and Longevity”

The annual conference 2022 of the BioRN cluster will take place on 7 October in Heidelberg's Zollhofgarten. In terms of content, everything revolves around the question “Why do we age?”. Various keynote lectures and group sessions will present current trends in research and technology that can lead to an extension of the healthy lifespan by deciphering the molecular mechanisms of ageing. Since 2009, BioRN's annual conference has been a platform for lively discussions and valuable networking opportunities with international experts from diverse fields of life sciences.

The desire to live longer is perhaps as old as humanity itself. Research on longevity and healthy ageing has made great strides in recent years. Website and registration

Researchers from around the world are developing technologies to prevent ageing as a cause of diseases such as Alzheimer's, dementia, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.
