BioCon Valley® GmbH is the network of the health economy in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is actively involved in networking, project initiation and support, internationalisation, marketing and industry monitoring of the health economy industry on behalf of the state of MV. As a central point of contact, the company supports the players in the industry, initiates dialogues between business, science and politics in order to pool expertise and initiate cooperation and projects. The health economy is presented at regional, national and international level.

As part of this, BioCon Valley® GmbH organises around 65 specialist and themed events per year, ranging from small-format industry get-togethers with a specialist audience, international workshops, parliamentary evenings, the Healthy Ageing Forum to the Health Parliament, the Board of Trustees of the Health Economy of the Minister President of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern with currently 60 members and the National Conference on Health Economy with around 600 participants. At an international level, BioCon Valley® GmbH organises business delegations with high-ranking political support and presents itself and its companies annually at the world's two largest international trade fairs for the healthcare industry.
