BioM: BioTech Bootcamp – From Lab to Business
Application deadline: 6 August 2023
The BioTech Bootcamp is an international training programme free of charge in partnership with SmiLe and BioM. It is designed to support start-ups and innovators focusing on Pharma and Drug Discovery ideas. The Bootcamp runs over eight weeks, six weeks online and two weeks on-site. Application deadline ends on 6 August 2023.

The first introduction week will be on-site in Lund, Sweden at SmiLe and the final demo-week will be on-site in Germany at BioM. It is mandatory to participate in both on-site weeks. Details and application
Applications are welcome from
- Researchers
- PhD students, MSc graduates
- Life science professionals
- Early-stage entrepreneurs, company founders, start-up CEOs
The BioTech Bootcamp offers a mix of live and recorded lectures, in a groups or one-on-one setting, and, among other things,
- More than 60 “mentoring” sessions by over 40 experts, including business coaches and industrial experts
- A personal mentor and pitch coach
- Expert Q&As sessions and panel discussions
- The chance to network and interact with peers and partner experts
- The chance to win Merck Award and a trip to their M Lab™ Collaboration Center in Molsheim
